AGE:
35 – 45 years old.
EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Minimum of a good Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Arts, Social Sciences, Physical Sciences. Possession of an MBA, relevant Post-graduate degrees in Social Economics or Education and related professional qualifications will be an advantage.
WORK EXPERIENCE:
Minimum 10years of relevant work experience, 4 of which must have been spent in a managerial position.
SKILLS/ SPECIAL APTITUDES:
Very good Communication skills (written and oral) with High Level Advocacy skills. Very good Analytical and organizational skills. Strong Leadership skills – Influencing and Relationship Management skills.Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office suite of applications e.g. Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:
Honesty, Integrity, Consistency, Decisive. Innovative, Customer focused, and detail-oriented with organized and methodical work habits. Highly motivated and works well under pressure.
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION
•Develop, promote, implement and manage Scholarship programmes.
•Manage the expectation of beneficiaries of Scholarship. Coordinate all post-award management activities.
•Leverage existing Partnerships and develop new partnerships with multilateral organizations, NGOs & CBOs.
Incumbent may be asked to perform other duties as required and will report to a General Manager. The person will supervise the staff & coordinate the activities of the Partnership Development team.
