A major player in the Nigerian telecommunications industry and a subsidiary of one of the foremost telecommunications companies in Africa, providing- Mobile
Services, Fixed Telephony Services, International Data Access Services and National Long Distance Services within Nigeria. Our client is currently in the
process of internal restructuring in order to reposition itself for expansion and to this end; our client is seeking dynamic business executives with vast
experience in the telecommunications industry to occupy the positions listed below:
CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER (NXT/TELC I)
• The successful candidate will be responsible for directing, managing and controlling human resource operations of the company as a strategic partner to
management.
• The occupier of this position will (inter-alia)be responsible for defining strategic objectives in the human resource management area as well as initiating
changes and undertaking broad courses of action required to attain such objectives,
• The successful candidate will have responsibility for planning and managing the human and material resources of the company to optimize employee
performance, morale and enhance productivity,
THE CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• A good first degree preferably in Social/Management Sciences from a reputable institution
• A post graduate degree in Human Resources/Psychology/Employee Development o Professional certification in HRM practice such as CIPM, CIPD, SHRM, etc
• Minimum of 12 years operational experience in Human Resource Management with a minimum 5 years managerial experience in a similar position
• Excellent communication skills
• Working knowledge of best practices in HRM delivery especially in Training & Development, Employee Relations and Health & Safety
• Change management skills
• Experience working with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
EXECUTIVE, CUSTOMER SERVICE (NXT/TELC II)
• The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for directing, managing and controlling the Customer Service environment of the company.
• The occupier of this position will (inter-alia) set and define the strategic direction and objectives for instituting excellent customer service standards
in the compel1, as well as initiating appropriate changes geared towards ensuring that such service standards are upheld on a sustainable basis and that
sales targets are met
• He or she shall be responsible for the operational implementation of all products and services with regards to customer service and shall take ownership of
the process of investigating and solving customer complaints in the most professional manner whilst ensuring excellent client satisfaction
THE CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• A good degree in Social Management Sciences or Humanities from a reputable institution
• A post graduate degree in relevant field
• A relevant professional qualification will be added advantage
• Minimum of 1 0 cognate years experience in a similar position with at least 5 years at managerial level
• Strong customer service skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
EXECUTIVE, SALES- ENTERPRISE (NXTJTELC HI)
• The successful candidate will be responsible (inter-alia) for identifying new markets and business opportunities among corporate organizations and
businesses as well as selling company products to such identified markets and ensuring that revenue budgets are met and surpassed,
THE CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• A good first degree in the Social/Management Sciences or Humanities from a reputable institution
• A post graduate degree in Sales or related field
• A relevant professional qualification
• A minimum of 10 years cognate experience in corporate sales with at least 5 years at managerial level
• Ability to build relationships with corporate customers in various industry segments
• Strong computer and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
EXECUTIVE, SALES – CONSUMER (NXT/TELC V)
• The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new markets and business opportunities among retail consumers as well as selling products to
such identified consumers and ensuring that revenue budgets are met and surpassed.
• The occupier of this position will be responsible (inter-alia) for developing and executing a commercial strategy for the consumer/business to consumer
market segment and for delivering superior market performance in both the short and long term.
THE CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• A good first degree in the Social/Management Sciences or Humanities from a reputable institution
• A post graduate degree in Sales or related field
• A relevant professional qualification
• A minimum of 10 years cognate experience in retail sales with at least 5 years at managerial level
• Proven track record and success in customer (retail) acquisition and retention
• Strong computer and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
EXECUTIVE, MARKETING (NXT / TELCV)
• The successful candidate will be responsible for directing, managing and controlling the marketing services environment of the company.
• He/she will define strategic objectives and broad plans of action for the marketing function of the company as well as initiate appropriate changes in line
with the direction of the company with a view to ensuring that the company's revenue targets are achieved and that customer lifetime value is enhanced.
• The occupier of this office will also be responsible (inter-alia) for developing and maintaining a product portfolio plan as well as positioning,
implementing and managing the advertisement and promotions portfolio of the company.
THE CANDIDATE MUST POSSESS THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• A good degree in Social/Management Science or Humanities from a reputable institution
• A post graduate degree in Marketing or related field
• A relevant professional qualification will be added advantage
• Minimum of 10 years cognate experience in a similar position with at least 5 at managerial level
• Experienced in the marketing and selling of telecoms products and services
• Creative and entrepreneurial skills
• Experience in conceptualizing and successfully implementing marketing campaigns
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Ability to network effectively
