Standard flour mills limited is a major player in the Nigerian flour-milling industry. Due to expansion in our operations, we require competent personnel to fill the following vacant positions:



1. (A) BAKERY TECHNOLOGIST

The successful candidates while liaising with bakers will carry out practical demonstrations to enlighten them on best baking practices.

Ideal candidates to be aged between 25 and 35 years must possess either B.SC/HND or equivalent professional qualification in food science technology or other related discipline with at least five (5) years practical experience in bread and cake baking.



(B) ASSISTANT BAKERY TECHNOLOGIST

He must have a minimum of 2 years hands-on experience, other qualification are as (A) above



2. QUALITY CONTROL OFFICERS

Candidates to be aged between 25 and 35 years must possess B.SC/HND in food technology, biochemistry/chemistry or laboratory science technology with at least 5 years practical experience in flour milling or food processing establishments. Computer literacy will be an advantage



3. BAKERS

Ideal candidates to be aged between 25 and 35 years must possess a minimum qualification of SSCE or GCE with at least 5 years experience in bread and cake baking. Successful candidates should be prepared to work on shifts.



4. PACKING SUPERVISORS

Ideal candidates for this position should be hardworking honest and above 30 years of age. They should possess, C&G, HND or its equivalent in mechanical/electrical/ electronic engineering with minimum of 5 years experience in milling industry and possess ability to work with minimum supervision.
