JOB DESCRIPTION /PROFILE JOB

TITLE: SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES GENERALIST

REPORTS: HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANT LAGOS

To coordinate day-to-day operations of the Human Resource office and administer HR policies, procedures and programs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Recruiting and staffing logistics;

• Performance management and employee improvement programmes;

• Organization development;

• Employee orientation, development, and training;

• Policy development and implementation;

• Employee relations, and employee engagement initiatives;

• Company employee communication;

• Compensation and benefits administration;

• Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health

REQUIREMENT

• Minimum 1st Degree in HR, IR, psychology and sociology preferred.

• Minimum 5 years in Senior HR administration position

• Membership of HR Professional institution is an added advantage

• Experience in Performance Management using electronic Platform

• HR as business partner orientation
