SPECIFICATIONS

Excellent knowledge and implementation experience in Strategic planning

Experience in organizational restructuring and change management

Excellent executive network and proven business development skills

Good first degree in Business Administration, Finance or any comparable discipline with at least a second class (upper division)

Proven human resource management consulting experience

Good analytical and problem solving skills

A minimum of 5 years experience in financial management

A minimum of 5 years experience in a best practice environment

Proven experience in project management

Excellent oral (English language) communication skills

Excellent report writing skills

Good self-presentation with high level of confidence

Possession of an MBA

Minimum of 10 years working experience

Good international exposure to global best practices



PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER

LOCATION LAGOS (002)

SPECIFICATIONS

Professional certificate in Project Management (PMP, Prince 1, etc)

A minimum of two years degree or its equivalent with a minimum of second class (Upper Division) in any of the Social Sciences, Humanities or Management Science

‘O’ level distinction in English Language

Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Projects and other Microsoft Office Applications

Good industry knowledge covering the public sector, the energy sector, the energy sector and the financial services industry (Banking, Insurance. Etc)

Good analytical and problem solving skills

Excellent self-presentation with high level of confidence

Good international exposure to global best practice



HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

LOCATION: LAGOS (003)

SPECIFICATIONS

Graduate in a Human Science discipline with a minimum of second class (Upper Division)

Minimum 2 years hands-experience in Human Resource

Management in a structured environment

Good international exposure to Human Resource Management global best practices

Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills

Demonstrated high degree of confidentiality and unusual common sense

Able to direct the efforts of a team of diverse human resource professionals

Demonstrated ability to increase productivity and continuously improve methods, approaches and departmental contribution while being cost-sensitive

Commitment to continuo’s learning

Knowledge of employment laws, employee relations and communication

Demonstrated ability to see the big picture and provide useful and strategic advice and input across the company and to the senior executive team

Ability to lead in an environment of constant change

Experience working in a flexible, employee empowering work environment

Familiarity and skill with human resources automated tools, Microsoft Office suite of products, file management, and benefits administration

IT PROGRAMMING OFFICER

SPECIFICATIONS

Graduate in Information and Communication Technology or a related discipline with a min minimum of Second Class (Upper Division)

Requisite Programming and software Certificates

Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in software development and programming

Proven experience in developing various software to support workplace efficiency

Competence in Financial Analysis will be an advantage

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Excellent interpersonal skills
