Key responsibilities and deliverables of job:
* In charge of integrating small Maintenance re-Engineering project in our CMIMS
* Perform a variety of data and document management activities to support re-engineering Team
* Review function location created and adjust them according to our integrity management system
* Create re-engineering procedure and ensure their use by re-engineering team.
* Integrate created working preventive procedures in our CMIMS
* Raise material creation form to register missing identified spare parts in CMIMS
* Add spare parts needed in preventive maintenance plan in CMIMS
* Review the existing maintenance plan in term of estimated hours and spare parts requirement.
* Smooth Preventive Maintenance workload
* Implement data change in CMIMS (function location, spare parts and preventive maintenance)
* Trains and supervises the trade methods technicians in charge of the tasks associated to the above function
* Monitor the progress of re-Engineering project and forecast delivery date
* Provide Weekly and Monthly report activities
* Carry out any other duties that may be assigned by the Hierarchy
Qualifications / experience:
* BSC or equivalent with minimum 4 years experience of project / operations in the field of maintenance in the Oil and Gas industry.
* Experience in maintenance support and in particular in spare parts management and procurement.
* Experience of Computerised Procurement & Maintenance management systems, and in particular of Unisup (Total application of SAP system).
* Strong Technical report writing background & Fluent English Language (spoken/written)
